Our Teachers

Colette brings an enormous amount of teaching expertise into her classes at EGM, she holds a BA in Mathematics, is a Certified Teacher with the Quebec Ministry of Education and is also certified in Adult Education.  Colette has the ability to make even the most complicated gemmological concepts accessible and clear for her students.

After earning her Gemmology Diploma (FGA) from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain her scientific curiosity led her to pursue advanced studies at the prestigious Swiss laboratory SSEF.

Colette is the pedagogical director and primary instructor for the FGA program at EGM.  Her students benefit greatly from both her extensive knowledge and teaching prowess.
